Seasoned speaker – requiring adjustment and proven strategies from neuroscience and best practices to elevate speaking skills: 2 sessions, each one-hour in duration, over a period of two weeks.
Fear of public speaking, new to public speaking or occasional speaker, a desire to fast track and transform public presenting: 8 sessions, each one-hour in duration, over a period of eight weeks.
