Sam Rehan, a corporate trainer and wellness professional with 24 years' experience, is known as The Well-being Motivator. With a 30-year background in science, scientific research, corporate training, health, and management, she energises and expands health in employees and leaders using her signature SIMPLIFIED WELLNESS lunch and learns. Sam has taught professionals from various industry sectors such as legal, financial, education and many more. A professional member of The International Stress Management Association, Sam worked as a scientist for six years and holds a BSc. She is the author of the health book: "Laugh More, Soar In Your Health, Career, and Relationships," available in audio and print.

Three fun facts about Sam Rehan:  
She has organised and delivered face-to-face corporate training in over 30 countries,  
including China, Russia, South Korea, and Brazil.  
 
During a trip to Japan, she caught the attention of airport security, who assumed she was a lost member of a school party due to her diminutive height of barely 5 feet and age well appearance, despite being born in 1971. Furthermore, she is a professional laughter yoga teacher for workplaces.  
 
In 2023, she received a booking to conduct a 15-minute seated laughter session  
during a board meeting in London, with the aim of unlocking their creativity!  
In the spring of 2023, she gave a session of seated laughter yoga to the Consumer editor at The Sunday Times, demonstrating how laughter can strengthen relationships and health at work and beyond.
